Cider Baked Sweet Potatoes
3/4cup apple cider or apple juice
2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into thin slices
1/2teaspoon apple pie spice
Preheat oven to 350°.
Placed sweet potato slices in a 2-quart. glass baking dish.
Pour apple cider or juice over the sweet potato slices.
Sprinkle apple pie spices over slices.
Cover with glass lid or aluminum foil.
Bake for 1 hour or until tender.
